Tim McDaniel is a Shareholder and Co-Founder of Irelan McDaniel. Much of Mr. McDaniel’s practice is focused on the construction, real estate, and title and title insurance arenas. He represents: parties in commercial, construction, and real estate transactions; plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving a broad range of commercial disputes and related tort claims; and claimants and respondents in securities and other arbitration matters.
