Dean J. Siotos

Dean is a litigator and appellate lawyer with “first-chair” trial experience having argued hundreds of cases with successful results. Dean has represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes, including high-exposure fatality and other personal injury matters, negligence, construction defect and product liability as well as commmercial disputes and transportation incidents. His exeprience crosses a spectrum of practice areas, including construction litigation, consumer law, employment disputes, real estate litigation and personal injury, and at all stages of trial and appeals.

Dean attended Texas Tech University School of Law before taking on the challenge of running his own firm in various matters involving civil, family, bankruptcy and criminal defense. With such a wide range of litigation experience, Dean is also well versed in mediation and arbitration having completed mediation training at the South Plains Association of Governments

Prior to joining Irelan McDaniel, Dean was a partner at Resnick & Louis where he opened the original firm office in Texas and handled well over one hundred seventy-five cases. Licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Texas, Dean brings substantial first-chair trial experience and more than 25 years direct experience in advising and litigating matters involving both individuals and major entities.
